Practical informations

The registration fees (300 or 400€) will cover the period Oct 19^th to Oct 31^st (check out of the hotel on Nov 1^st) and include breakfasts, lunches and dinners. 

Don't forget to clarify right now if you want single room (400 €) or                      double room (300 €).

You must participate to the graduation ceremony in the afternoon of Oct 31^st; take this information into account for your flight ticket reservation.

For those concerned, invitation letters are in progress.

Every student will have two free SESAC-2 T-shirts. You can book now your size by sending an e-mail to Mr LU Xiaohui: luxiaohui@fudan.edu.cn

You will have to go the Hengshan Beijiao Hotel (aka Gucun Park Hotel) by taxi. For this, you must print the indications bellow to show them to the taxi driver:

From Pudong airport (PVG) to the hotel (around 220 RMB): PVG Map
